My husband and I are big fans of KBBQ and hot pot. Today was such a cold day that we decided to get hot pot for dinner. We were taken to our table and immediately given the menus. We got to choose 2 broths for our soup base. We went with the Hot & Spicy broth and Spicy Miso broth. We then ordered plenty of meats and veggies since it was AYCE. Between the 2 broths we got, our favorite was hands down the Spicy Miso. With all the meats and veggies and sauces we got, it was all so delicious! We're so glad this place is 5 minutes away from us because we will probably be coming more often now! Maybe next time we will try the BBQ side.

Awesome and plenty of food! Lots of space and good service too! Great for lunch or dinner

This is our go to restaurant for Chinese food and Mongolian barbecue. The owners and staff will treat you like old friends while you'll have the best Chinese food in town and never leave hungry. Winter's coming and nothing takes the chill off better than hot Chinese food. If you haven't tried them, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to the best Chinese food you'll be able to find locally.

This is our favorite place to go and love it, the staff is always very friendly, quick and professional. And this review isn't on the staff, but more of a recommendation. We were there 8/24 in the evening about 7ish for the BBQ & place was packed. There were kids getting food, but not using gloves and throwing food back in the bins. And it seemed a customer did not know to put their bowl on the counter and to let other customers put their bowls on the counter and stood there and the area was congested. We tried to tell her how in a nice way how it works and we were ignored. Is it possible for directions to be posted on how it works and for kids to use gloves?

I've heard of Wah Sing serving AYCE hot pot a few years ago and was a little hesitant, questioning the authenticity since it's at a Mongolian BBQ place, but honestly it was pretty dang decent! It's $27 pp for lunch and $32 pp for dinner, rounded up. Upon entering, the Mongolian BBQ side of things was bustling with lots of customers. Once we were seated at the hot pot area it was a lot less chaotic. You have a choice of 5 broth options to choose from, and you can do a double broth. We chose hot & spicy and the mushroom herbal broth. The hot & spicy is basically like a mala broth, just with less numbing peppercorns. The mushroom herbal broth tasted very basic. You order 8 items each round, unfortunately the portions were pretty small but it wasn't an issue since I was sharing with my boyfriend, and you can keep ordering more. The quality of the meats, veggies, fish balls etc were very good, however I would skip out on the fried bean curd stick. It took a while to cook, and also it tasted old and rancid. Service got a bit slow towards the end and we had to flag down the staff several times to fill up our waters or to order more rounds. We were able to order 3 rounds. Overall, solid hot pot place but I do wish they had more different options for meats, seafood, and mushrooms. The small portions could be an issue if you're dining with a larger party.

Oh my goodness!! When the original Mongolian bbq was here with the original owners, it was wonderful. But, when the new owners took over, they were horrible and I could not go more than twice. I used to go to Chin Hua at least every other week. I was sad because the original owners were wonderful and now the name was tainted by the second owners. However!! The owners here have recaptured and recreated the original, down to the customer service and quality of food. The change of the interior was needed and they ripped out the carpet and made the place brighter with the decor and their smile. I love this place and bring my students here at the end of their clinical rotation.

Good place to come to if you have that AYCE Mongolian BBQ craving. They have a good selection of veggies, meats and sauces. There is plenty of room so it doesn't feel packed. I did try their hot pot menu, but wasn't really impressed by the variety. Service was good. I felt they come pretty quick to take the used plates.

First we noticed the packed parking around this amazing restaurant. And then it got even better after Megan answered questions re HP, BBQ, CH notations next to the seating list. HP = HotPot. BBQ = (from this newcomer's perspective) one selects all that will go into a bowl and then hands the bowl to the talented BBQ chefs; it is prepared right there on a flat BBQ (seeing it in person is better than my humble attempt at describing what I saw), and then CH = Full Chinese Menu experience. It was all so cool to find in Vacaville (plus side note-Thx Matthew our fantastic and knowledgeable server...there are four restaurants owned by this wonderfully service-oriented and delicious food driven extraordinaries!!) Ok enough out of me and we chose to try wait for it ... HOTPOT. Wowsers! Come ready to get full. Just saying :) Be adventurous--it paid off for us. We WILL BE BACK! Also, thank you Kevin for explaining what is available at lunch time. It makes sense to us. :)

Such a great mongolian bbq spot! I haven't tried their hot pot yet, but hope to eventually. But their mongolian bbq is fantastic. Staff is really friendly and attentive, and I mean literally the entire staff!! Host was friendly, the girl and lady filling drinks were on it (my fiancé and I drink our water really fast and they were still on it), guy filling the food area was friendly and keeping the area nice and clean, and the cooks were great too! The food was great. And the restaurant was really nice and clean too. 5 stars would definitely recommend and come back! :)
